About the project
ART Community Center is a contemporary district-scale multifunctional complex that brings together shopping, dining, work and leisure. It features retail galleries, a food hall and restaurants, a fitness club, supermarket, business center, open coworking space, hobby zone and everyday services.
Visitor comfort is central: intuitive wayfinding, a well-considered layout and a free coworking space with different seating formats make the center equally comfortable for short meetings and a full working day.
The architectural concept respectfully refers to the site’s history: red brick highlights its connection to the past. The city’s first food hall, DNA Food Hall, is here, together with a diverse restaurant scene of distinctive concepts.
