About the project
UNO is a joint UD Group and Unistroy project that combines many years of successful residential and commercial real estate experience. It responds to the polycentric-city trend by creating a micro-city that brings together the “first”, “second” and “third” places: home, work and leisure.
The complex is designed around the existing infrastructure and the needs of modern city residents who value their time and energy. Its Urban Health concept promotes physical, emotional and spiritual well-being through multifunctionality, aesthetics, thoughtful spaces, a great location and inspiring views.
UNO comprises three residential buildings with a retail gallery and a kindergarten on the ground floor. A separate 12-storey building is a Class A business center with coworking space. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2024.
