DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The future community center of the district format will be located as a part of class ART City, which is a new residential complex of the business (more than 12,500 people) and in close proximity to the downtown.
The property unit is characterized by excellent transport and pedestrian accessibility. About 200 thousand people live in the coverage area.
The main audience of the community center is residents and guests of the district: married couples with children, students, senior citizens, an active working population, self-employed people. The concept provides areas for full value shopping of the district format, gastronomic spaces and much more.
THE "ART" COMMUNITY-CENTER WILL BE LOCATED AS A PART OF ART CITY WHICH IS A NEW RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX OF THE BUSINESS CLASS (MORE THAN 12,500 PEOPLE).
In the complex, it will be a comfortable environment for residents of the district and the city, which responds to a request for a balance between private life and work. To organize the workspace, the project provides coworking and offices designed for 1000 people.
The coloristics of the landscape deserves special attention. Being a continuation of the idea of symbiosis of the history, culture of Kazan and modern trends, the landscape conveys the authenticity of the architectural design through the reconstruction of the composition and color solutions of the works of the Soviet Tatar painter Baki Urmanche.
